FIGHT LIKE a GIRL is a series of linoleum block relief prints highlighting the people who stand up and use their voices to reach over those who want to diminish their light. The series aims to highlight the people who use their voices to empower those around them and beyond.

RECLAIMING MY TIME, 2017
Rep. Maxine Waters(D-Calif.) upon being interrupted repeatedly by Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin at a House Financial Services Committee meeting in July 2017 became an overnight sensation for repeatedly announcing that she was "Reclaiming my time".
FUERZA PUERTO RICO, 2017
In the aftermath of the devastating hurricane that devastated Puerto Rico and much of the surrounding islands of the Caribbean, Carmen Yulín Crus, mayor of San Juan, exclaimed, "I am done being polite. I am done being politically correct. I am mad as hell because my people's lives are at stake."
Prominent American author, activist, and civil rights leader, Coretta Scott King left a mark on the world. A leader in the fight for equality amongst people of color, the LGBT+ community, and women's rights she is a true American hero.
On February 14, 2018 a gunman opened fire at Marjory Stoneman Douglas killing 17 people and injuring 17 more. In the wake of devastation the students rose and called bullshit on Americans who refused to accept amendments to their right to bare arms and instead giving the victims and survivors their "thoughts and prayers". Together with these beautifully strong survivors we rise up and call bullshit.
